产品描述
Mouse Fc Kit可用于高通量检测细胞上清中或者纯化后的Mouse IgG或者mFc融合蛋白(mFc -fusion protein)的浓度。试剂盒中有一株抗体识别Mouse IgG的Fc区域，标记荧光供体Eu(Anti-Mouse IgG-Eu)；还有一株Mouse IgG，标记荧光受体A2(Mouse IgG-A2)。
在溶液中，Anti-Mouse IgG-Eu与Mouse IgG-A2结合，320 nm的光激发荧光供体Eu，Eu供体发射620 nm的光，此620 nm的光激发荧光受体A2，A2受体发射出665 nm的光，此为荧光共振能量转移(FRET)现象。当在溶液中添加待测Mouse IgG或者mFc-fusion protein时，会竞争结合Anti-Mouse IgG-Eu，破坏FRET现象。待测Mouse IgG或者mFc-fusion protein的浓度与FRET的信号值(665 nm/620 nm的光强度比值)成反比。
