CytoTox-ONETM Homogeneous Membrane Integrity Assay(CytoTox-ONETM 均质膜完整性检测多孔板中试剂盒) 利用荧光分析法检测多孔板中死亡细胞的数量。CytoTox-ONETM 检测能够快速
地测定损坏的细胞膜中释放出来的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。LDH 释放到培养基中后，经过10 分钟偶联的酶学反应，刃天青转变成一种荧光试卤灵产物。产生的荧光量与裂解的细胞数量成正比。CytoTox-
ONETM 试剂对正常的健康细胞无任何损伤，因此检测可在正常细胞与死亡细胞的混合物中完成。CytoTox-ONETM 均质膜完整性检测试剂盒, HTP (Cat.# G7892), 为测定多种微孔板提供方便可选的包装。依照推荐用量，系统中提供的每一瓶试剂足够用96 孔板进行500 个孔的测定或者384 孔板检测模式下进行2,000 个孔的测定。
