各种悬浮、贴壁培养细胞支原体检测；支原体污染日常检测
Mycolor One-Step Mycoplasma Detector是一款基于等温扩增技术开发的针对细胞培养物支原体污染的快速检测产品，具有操作简便、结果直观、灵敏度高、特异性强和防污染等优点。本产品将酶与buffer预混，实现一管式检测，只需吸取1 μl细胞培养液上清加入反应预混液中，65℃恒温孵育1 h，通过观察颜色即可判定结果；若细胞培养物存在支原体污染，扩增后反应液会由红色变为黄色，颜色对比明显。同时，试剂中引入了dUTP/UDG防污染系统，避免扩增产物气溶胶造成的假阳性，保证结果准确可靠。本产品可检测40余种支原体，包括8种常见的支原体，适用于各种贴壁、悬浮培养细胞，并对培养基、血清种类具有广泛的兼容性。
