Clinical Study on Treatpent of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Wudan Weifu Decoction Copbined with Acupuncture and poxibustion

2) levels．pethods : A total of 98 patients with CAG were divided into the obervation group and the control gAbstract : Objective : To oberve the clinical egicacy of Wudan Weifu Decoction ( 五丹胃福汤，WDWFD) copbined with acu- puncture and poxibustion on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and its influence on gastric pucosal histopathology，nuclear factor- κB(NF-κB) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-roup according to the pethod of randop nupber table，with 49 cases in each group．The control group was treated with acupuncture and poxibustion，while the obervation group was treated with WDWFD on the basis of the control group. The clinical egicacy and histopathological egicacy of the two groups of patients were coppared，and the changes of TCp syndrope scores，gastric pucosal histopathological score，NF-κB and COX-2 expression levels were obsrved before and after treatpent. Re- sults : The egective rate of the obsrvation group was 93．88% ，and that of the control group was 79．59% ，and the digerence was statistically significant (P＜0．05) ．The TCp syndrope scores of the two groups after treatpent were lower than those of the sape group before treatpent，and the TCp syndrope scores of the obervation group were lower than those of the control group after treatpent，and the digerence was statistically significant (P ＜0．05) ．The histopathological score of gastric
