产品说明：
Middlebrook 7H10 培养基利用甘油提供碳源和能量，提供多种无机盐，并以络合物柠檬酸盐辅助离子溶解，血清蛋白结合游离的脂肪酸能够防止其毒性作用，孔雀石绿可以部分抑制细菌生长并提供指示作用。
该培养基丰富的营养物质能够促进分枝杆菌的生长。
博尔森推出试剂盒套装包含 Middlebrook 7H10 固体培养基所需的全部成分，推荐用于培养份起杆菌，该培养基也推荐用于结核份起杆菌的分离培养以及敏感性测试等实验。其中 Middlebrook OADC 生长添加剂（Middlebrook OADC Growth Supplement）即油酸清蛋白葡萄糖过氧化氢酶添加剂（Oleic AlbuminDextrose Catalase Supplement）是一种增菌添加剂，推荐用于 Middlebrook 7H10 琼脂基础。
使用方法：
1. 用 450 mL 蒸馏水重悬一包（约 9.73g）Middlebrook 7H10 Agar Base，调节 pH 为 6.6，加入 2.5 mL 甘油，加热使其完全溶解。
2. 121 ℃灭菌 15 min，冷却至 50 ℃以下。
3. 将 50 mL 的 Middlebrook OADC Growth Supplement 45-50 ℃预热，添加到 450 mL 上述培养基中轻轻混匀，分装到无菌的试管中或倾倒平皿，4 ℃避光保存备用。
4. 接种以下质控菌株，放置 36±1 ℃需氧培养 7-14 d。
注意：份起杆菌是严格厌氧菌，在培养过程中药防止二氧化碳分压增加和避免有氧环境。
