产品描述：
凝血酶（Thrombin）是一种蛋白质水解酶，可以将纤维蛋白原（fibrinogen）水解成A肽和B肽，由此形成纤维蛋白单体，单体进一步聚合，在血小板、红细胞和白细胞等参与下形成血凝块。本产品为牛血浆中提取的牛凝血酶，最适切割位点：A-B-Pro-Arg-▼-X-Y（其中A和B为疏水氨基酸，X和Y为非酸性氨基酸），常见的识别序列为：Leu-Val-Pro-Arg-▼-Gly-Ser和Gly-Arg-▼-Gly。
产品特点：
高特异性：不含其它蛋白酶活性，无非特异性酶切。
使用建议：
活性pH范围：pH 5-10，最佳pH值8.3，pH值低于5时，凝血酶会形成沉淀。
保存温度：
-20℃
注意事项：
1) 本品为凝血酶的Tris-HCl（pH 7.0）溶液，原液可在0-4℃稳定存放一周。因为凝血酶会吸附于玻璃管壁，如长期保存，推荐将母液分装于塑料管中冻存 于-20℃。
2) 建议客户针对不同的蛋白提前进行预实验，以确定最佳反应条件。
3) 因本品是从牛血浆中提取，蛋白纯度在40-60%，请根据实验需求进行选择。
应用实例：
图例）牛凝血酶（Thrombin） 酶切反应： 每个反应添加15μg的UBE2B和一定量的凝血酶。25℃经过1小时的反应后用15%的SDS-PAGE胶检测酶切效果。
泳道1：No Thrombin；
泳道2：0.015 U；
泳道3：0.03 U；泳道4：0.06 U；
泳道5：Protein Marker。
