产品描述:
Bst DNA聚合酶来源于Bacillus stearothermophilus，具有 5'→3' DNA聚合酶活性和双链特异的5'→3'核酸外切酶活性，但缺失3'→5'核酸外切酶活性。本制品利用基因重组技术，在大肠杆菌中进行表达后经多次纯化分离而得。
产品用途：
1）富含GC 序列的DNA 序列测定；
2）微量（纳克量）DNA 模板的快速测序等。
注意事项：
1)Bst DNA聚合酶不具有3´→5´外切酶活性。
2)长期贮存需加入100μg/ml BSA 或0.1%Triton X-100。
3)建议反应温度不要超过70℃。
4)不能用于热循环测序或PCR。
保存温度：
-20℃。
