产品描述:
NovoScript® Probe One-Step qRT-PCR Kit 是以RNA为模板的一步法定量PCR试剂。用基因特异性引物，以荧光探针进行扩增检测。在同一反应体系中，完成从反转录到qPCR检测的全部反应。本制品采用特殊工艺制造的HotStart Taq DNA聚合酶，并结合特别设计的反应缓冲液，对复杂模板（RNA病毒、疫苗等）能进行有效扩增，特异性高，能够在更广的范围内进行准确定量。

特异性高、灵敏度好：采用特殊工艺制造的HotStart Taq DNA聚合酶进行PCR反应，具有更高扩增效率和扩增灵敏度。
抗逆性能良好：独特的反应缓冲体系，使其能适应各种复杂类型模板的扩增。
反转录和qPCR反应在一管内完成，不需要额外的开管和移液操作，降低污染风险，提高检测通量。
使用建议：
使用时请上下颠倒轻轻混合，避免起泡，并经轻微离心后使用。反应液的配制、分装请使用新的（无污染的）枪头、Microtube等，尽量避免污染。
保存温度：
-20℃
注意事项：
1）确保所用试剂中无RNA酶污染
2）为保证反应有效进行，需使用高质量的RNA模板。
