产品描述:
本Lithium Chloride Precipitation Solution（简称LiCl）为透明液体，可以随取随用，无需添加其他试剂。LiCl是强脱水剂，可降低RNA的溶解性。因此，体外转录中的RNA在高浓度LiCl溶液中会形成沉淀，从而可通过离心加以分离。使用本品可去除RNA转录样品中大部分蛋白和游离核苷酸。

注意事项：
本品使用前可能存在少许沉淀，可在37℃下重悬处理，沉淀并不影响本产品对RNA沉淀效果。
RNA浓度大于400ng/μl时沉淀效果最好。
RNA小于300nt或浓度小于100ng/μl时，不能通过此方法得到有效沉淀。
