使用:
●液体可用于细胞培养。
●用于筛选转化株的浓度根据pH值和盐浓度改变。
●pH越高,盐浓度越低活性越大。
●普通大肠杆菌菌株筛选可在25µg/ml 浓度的低盐LB琼脂培养基中进行,pH调至7.5。
●酵母筛选:取决于种属和培养基,S。cerevisiae Sh ble转化株在50µg/ml浓度的YPD培养基中筛选,pH7.0.304015.
●动物细胞筛选:根据不同细胞系从100到750µg/ml。
●植物细胞筛选:根据不同的细胞种类和培养基从50到250µg/ml。

™ Selection Reagent
Description
Zeocin™ Reagent is a member of the bleomycin antibiotic family. Resistance is conferred by the Sh ble gene which encodes a 13,665 dalton protein. In cells expressing the protein, Zeocin™ is prevented from binding and cleaving the cellular DNA. Zeocin™ is effective on most aerobic cells and can be used for selection in and insect cell lines, yeast, and bacteria. The amount of ™ required for selection will vary between 50-2000 ug/ml (typically 300 ug/ml) depending on the cell type.
