产品描述Anti-Myc Affinity Gel（Anit-Myc亲和纯化凝胶）由高质量的鼠源 IgG1单克隆抗体与sepharose 4B gel 通过供价偶联制备，本产品具有较高的Myc标签融合蛋白加载容量（至少为0.9 mg protein/mL凝胶），杂蛋白非特异结合少，可用于带有Myc标签的融合蛋白免疫沉淀（IP）和纯化。
推荐使用量：每500 μL蛋白粗体液需使用5 μL凝胶。

运输和保存方法
冰袋运输。未开封的产品在-20℃下可稳定保存1年。禁止在不含甘油的溶液中冻存。

使用方法
1）轻微重悬Anti-Myc Affinity Gel，形成均一溶液。转移10 μL混合液（5μL gel）至新的离心管中。
2）加入500 μL TBS，轻轻的重悬Anti-Myc Affinity Gel，5,000 rpm 离心30 s, 弃上清，重复上述步骤3-4次。
注意：尽可能去除上清，但不要吸到凝胶。
3）在上述沉淀中加入200-1000 μL细胞裂解液。4℃缓慢孵育2小时。
4）5,000 rpm 离心30 s，上清液转移到新的离心管中保存以后检测。
5）沉淀用0.5 mL TBS 洗 3-4 次，去尽上清。
6）洗脱：具体选择哪种洗脱条件取决于目的蛋白的特性或下游应用。
A．加入100 μL Myc多肽（150 μg/mL）（Cat 20573ES）洗脱Myc融合蛋白，4℃缓慢孵育30 min，5,000 rpm 离心30 s，收集上清。
B．用于SDS-PAGE电泳：加入10μL 2×蛋白上样缓冲液，煮沸5 min。5,000 rpm 离心30 s，小心转移上清，用于SDS-PAGE检测。上样缓冲液中SDS会破坏抗体，所以亲和纯化凝胶不能重复使用。
