        横纹肌的A丝 A filament

        亦称肌球蛋白丝。位于肌肉的A带中的直径为 10— 12毫微米的粗丝。骨骼肌中的 A丝长约 1.5微米，在中央部的 M线上保持着一定的空间位置。主要由肌球蛋白构成，结合少量的 C蛋白质。在平滑肌上， A丝散在于细胞质内，在贝类的闭壳肌等肌肉中，肌球蛋白结合在副肌球蛋白复合体的表面，形成巨大的（长达数 10微米）丝。
