核仁周期(nucleolar cycle)

核仁是一种动态结构，随细胞周期的变化而变化，即形成�消失�形成,这种变化称为核仁周期。在细胞的有丝分裂期，核仁变小，并逐渐消失。在有丝分裂末期，rRNA的合成重新开始，核仁形成。核仁形成的分子机理尚不清楚，但需要rRNA基因的激活。
