        细胞质丝 cytoplasmic filament

        　　 指在细胞质内用电子显微镜才能看到的丝状结构的总称。根据直径大小分为以下几种类：（ 1）微丝；（ 2）细丝，是指构成脊椎动物肌肉收缩丝、并伴有调节蛋白质肌钙蛋白的天 于此的有构成桥粒的微丝（ tonofilament），神经胶细胞（ neuroglial cell）中的胶丝（ glial filame－ nt），存在于神经轴突内的神经丝等，关于其功能尚不十分清楚；（ 4）粗丝，是指构成肌肉收缩丝的纤维结构中的粗纤维，直径为 13— 25毫微米，主要是指收缩性蛋白质肌球蛋白的聚合体。
