    桡足幼体期 copepodid stage

    亦称剑水蚤型幼虫期。系继后无节幼体之后的挠足类幼虫的一个发育阶段。身体较无节幼体长，前体部和后体部之区分明显。口器之构造接近于成体，尾叉已形成。可进一步分为第一至第六桡足幼体期，第二桡足幼体期后，每期增加 1个体节，最后完成 10个活动体节。尾鳃蚓属（鲺属 Argulus）孵化时亦为桡足幼体，但可发生变态，而具有与桡足亚纲完全不同的外观。
