【求助】IKK-NF-κB通路抑制剂NBD

xueruo 你好，本人要做IKK-NF-κB通路方面的研究，做的是胃上皮细胞，指导导师让我用NBD抑制IKK活性，并要求我订购IKKβ磷酸化抗体做IKK活性试验，我有点困惑，查了不少的文献，IKK都是引起IκB磷酸化激活NF-κB的，而非IKK磷酸化激活的，其中的原理是什么?NBD多肽我在文献上看到有野生型，突变型，好多文献里NBD多肽是找公司合成的，肽链有长有短，打电话问公司订，他们要求我提供序列，我也不知道提供什么？恳请各位大侠给出高见，谢谢
