产品简介
核糖核酸酶A（Ribonuclease A），简称RNase A。来源于牛胰，为高度专一性核酸内切酶，可特异攻击 RNA 上嘧啶核苷酸的C′3上的磷酸根和相邻核苷酸的C′5之间的键，产物为3′嘧啶单核苷酸或以3′嘧啶核苷酸结尾的低聚核苷酸。
RNaseA 常用于水解RNA，特异性切割发生在嘧啶核苷酸的3’磷酸基和相邻核苷酸的5’羟基之间。本制品已经处理，无DNase活性。
使用方法：
本产品为100mg/mL的RNase A溶液，不含DNase 和蛋白酶活性，可以用于基因组DNA以及质粒提取过程中RNA的降解，也可用于蛋白纯化中RNA污染的去除。

. Store in aliquots at -20oC RNaseA 2 mg / ml of Sigma R5250 X-A in 10 mM Tris pH 7.5, 15 mM NaCl. Store small aliquots at -20oC RNase T1 100 mg / ml Sigma R1003 in 50% glycerol and 10 mM NaPO4 pH 6.5. Store small aliquots at -20oC. 10 x RNase digestion
