产品介绍：
本品含有G5 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase、常温抑制酶活的抗体、dNTPs和精心优化的反应缓冲液，浓度为2 × Mix。PCR体系里面只需加入模板、引物和水，使得PCR Mix终浓度为1×即可。本品对PCR抑制物有很强的耐受性，可用于血液样品、细菌、真菌、植物组织、动物组织的直接PCR。G5 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase具有5’→3’聚合活性和3’→5’的外切活性，保真度为Taq DNA Polymerase的50倍。本品扩增真核基因组（复杂模板）产物可达20 kb，扩增质粒（简单模板）产物可达40 kb,扩增产物为平端。
