本试剂盒可测各种动物血清、血浆、组织等样本中游离脂肪酸的含量。游离脂肪酸，别名非酯化脂肪酸，是脂肪水解产物，测定血清脂肪酸可以了解脂肪代谢的情况，升高代表脂肪分解增加。游离脂肪酸能与铜离子结合形成脂肪酸的铜盐而溶于氯仿中，其含量与游离脂肪酸含量成正比。用铜试剂测定其中铜离子的含量，即可推算出游离脂肪酸的含量。
优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约2小时，可测50例左右样本。
3、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.5%。
4、回收试验： X =96%。
5、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
6、测试面广：可测各种动物血清(浆)、组织，效果均佳。
游离脂肪酸测定试剂盒(比色法) 使用注意事项
1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。

本试剂盒可测各种动物血清、血浆、组织等样本中游离脂肪酸的含量。游离脂肪酸，别名非酯化脂肪酸，是脂肪水解产物，测定血清脂肪酸可以了解脂肪代谢的情况，升高代表脂肪分解增加。游离脂肪酸能与铜离子结合形成脂肪酸的铜盐而溶于氯仿中，其含量与游离脂肪酸含量成正比。用铜试剂测定其中铜离子的含量，即可推算出游离脂肪酸的含量。

游离脂肪酸测定试剂盒(比色法) 使用注意事项
1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。

[基本原理] MTT法是Mosmann 1983年报道的，以后此方法得到了迅速发展并广泛应用于临床与科研研究。其原理是活细胞内线粒体脱氢酶能将四氮唑化合物(MTT)由黄色还原为蓝黑色的甲肷，甲肷的生成量与细胞的增殖程度呈正相关。后者溶于有机溶剂(如二甲亚枫或酸化异丙醇等)，并可在560nm波长下进行检测。 [试剂及材料] (1)MTT：用PBS配成5mg/ml的存储液，过滤除菌，4℃保存。 (2) 溶剂：二甲
