产品概述
本试剂盒采用在miRNA 3'末端加多聚A尾Poly(A)，再使用包含Oligo(dT)的通用逆转录引物进行逆转录反应，生成miRNA对应的cDNA第一链。与本公司生产的FQTM miRNA qPCR SYBR Kit（货号T434）配套使用，采用miRNA的特异性正向引物和通用反向引物可进行特异性的miRNA qPCR检测。
miRNA cDNA第一链合成试剂盒包含miRNA 3'末端Poly(A)修饰过程和逆转录过程的所有试剂，该试剂盒具有高效的Poly(A)修饰和逆转录效率， 可从20 pg-2 μg的total RNA中有效制备miRNA 对应的cDNA第一链。

实验案例
1. 高特异性及高通量
以1 μg X293 Total RNA 为模板，以FQTM miRNA cDNA Synthesis kit进行加多聚A尾及逆转录，将逆转录反应液稀释5倍作为模板，同时检测12种miRNA，每孔添加5 μL。结果表明FQTM miRNA cDNA Synthesis kit可同时合成多种miRNA对应的cDNA，搭配FQTMmiRNA qPCR SYBR Kit（货号T434）使用均具有较好的检测特异性，结果可信度高。
