产品活性：Cafestol 是咖啡的主要成分之一，也是一种咖啡特有的二萜。Cafestol 是针对 AP-1 靶向活性的 ERK 抑制剂，抑制 LGE 激活的 RAW264.7 细胞中的 PGE₂ 产生和环氧合酶 (COX)-2 的 mRNA 表达。Cafestol 通过抑制 NF-kB 活化途径强烈的抑制 PGE₂ 的产生。 Cafestol 因各种生物活性而发挥有益作用，如化学预防，抗肿瘤，保肝，抗氧化和抗炎作用。
