产品简介：
来源于克隆有Thermu aquaticus DNA Polymerase基因的大肠杆菌，分子量94 kD,具有5'→3'聚合酶活性及5'→3'外切酶活性，无3'→5'外切酶活性。延伸速度2→4 kb/min，能有效扩增6 kb以下的片段。最适反应温度为70~75℃，最佳镁离子浓度为1~2 mM。经Taq DNA聚合酶扩增所得PCR产物3'端带A，可直接进行TA克隆。
