| Comments: | Animals were immunized with phytohemagglutinin-stimulated sheep T cells. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody is specific for sheep CD2 and precipitates a 50000 to 55000 dalton molecule from lysates of sheep lymphocytes. It does not inhibit cytotoxic T lymphocyte mediated killing or mixed lymphocyte reactivity. |
