| Comments: | Animals were immunized with phosphopyridoxyl reduced DNA binding proteins. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with B6 vitamers. It binds to both pyridoxine and pyridoxamine with similar affinities. Since the product binds an essential nutrient, the medium must be changed frequently or the cells will die. |
