| Subculturing: | Protocol: Remove medium, and rinse with 0.25% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution. Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 ml of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37C) until the cells detach. Centrifuge the cell suspension at 1000 rpm for 10 minutes, resuspend the pellet in fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Inoculate new flasks at 1 X 10 exp4 cells per sq. cm. 培养条件：RPMI-1640培养液，10%（胎牛或小牛）血清，5%CO2，37度饱和湿度孵箱培养。细胞生长状态：上皮样贴壁生长。传代：细胞长满95%->弃培养液->0.25%胰酶消化2min->弃掉胰酶->加入培养液吹打贴壁细胞，将细胞悬液分瓶传代。若一传二，则3天长满；若一传三，则需要4-5天长满。
