概述
制备总RNA时，基因组DNA污染常常会干扰RT-PCR、Northern Blot等下游实验。本试剂盒是利用RNase-Free DNase I结合优化的吸附柱上反应体系，可在总RNA抽提过程中将残留的基因组DNA轻松清除，无需再进行酚氯仿抽提，使操作更方便、安全，最大限度避免RNA降解。纯化后的总RNA可以直接用于RNA印迹分析、斑点杂交、Poly(A)选择、体外翻译、RT-PCR分析、构建cDNA文库等RNA研究。
