    在37℃、pH7.4条件下,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)催化丙氨酸与α-酮戊二酸之间的氨基转换反应,生成丙/酮酸和谷氨酸,反应时间过后,加入苯/肼,与丙/酮酸生成苯腙,苯腙在碱性条件下呈红棕色。
