xMag ® 异硫氰酸根末端磁性微粒为表面修饰有异硫氰酸根官能团且具有超顺磁性的磁性微粒。可将蛋白(如抗原、抗体等)、氨基标记的寡核苷酸探针等生物分子共价偶联在xMag ®异硫氰酸根末端磁性微粒表面。偶联有生物分子的xMag ® 异硫氰酸根末端磁性微粒可应用于蛋白纯化、核酸杂交、核酸分离纯化。
