Islet 1 antibody detects Islet 1 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Frozen sectioned adult mouse retina.
Green: Islet 1 protein stained by Islet 1 antibody (GTX102807) diluted at 1:250.
Red: Protein kinase C alpha staining.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Islet 1 antibody detects Islet 1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-AS cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
