Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3T3ph (phospho Thr3) antibody (GTX130458) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Histone H3 (phospho Thr3) antibody detects Histone H3 (phospho Thr3) protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 0.1uM Calyculin for 30 minutes + phosphatase inhibitor) HeLa whole cell extracts (2 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histone H3 (phospho Thr3) antibody (GTX130458) at a dilution of 1:10000.
