buffer就是0.5xTBE,上样缓冲液可以用普通的loading buffer,含有Tris,溴芬兰以及甘油即可,甘油是主要的沉淀作用成分.都可以自己配.细胞超声即可,超声后离心取上清.也有配NATIVE-PAGE gel所用buffer为1*TBE,用的running buffer也是1*TBE.还有一点就是要在配gel时考虑能使蛋白多聚体稳定的因素. 4. 做了naive---PAGE没有条带,蛋白质是纯品,分子 量很大,怎么回事呢? 因为分子量很大,8%的胶浓度较合适
