Dolastatin10
从非洲海洋软体动物耳状截尾海兔（Dolabellaauricularia）耳状幼体分离到的新颖五肽制剂，抑制微管聚集,干扰肿瘤细胞有丝分裂 和凋亡诱导作用。作用位点在长春碱位点附近,是一种长春碱和微管结合的非竞争性抑制[1,2]。在DU-145人前列腺癌的体内体外实验中显示抗肿瘤活性[3]
