    Product Description

    LS-F2789 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human CTSS / Cathepsin S in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CTSS / Cathepsin S as low as 10 picograms per milliliter.
    About CTSS / Cathepsin S
    Thiol protease. Key protease responsible for the removal of the invariant chain from MHC class II molecules. The bond-specificity of this proteinase is in part similar to the specificities of cathepsin L and cathepsin N. P25774  NM_004079NP_004070.3
