LS-F6143 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Bovine IL8 / Interleukin 8 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IL8 / Interleukin 8 as low as 26.1 picograms per milliliter.Specifications
