一般描述
Rapid DNA Dephos & Ligation试剂盒可实现粘性或平末端DNA片段的快速有效去磷酸化和连接。
特异性
特异性：rAPid碱性磷酸酶
碱性磷酸酶可催化多种磷酸酯的水解，如伯醇和仲醇的酯、糖、环醇、酚和胺。与磷酸二酯不会发生反应。该酶水解可无机焦磷酸盐。酶的动力学性质取决于多种因素，如酶的纯度、检测中酶的浓度、缓冲液、pH等。
热灭活：rApid碱性磷酸酶：
75 °C两分钟
T4 DNA连接酶：
65 °C 10分钟。
