Untreated (–) and treated (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Jun (phospho Ser63) antibody [GT653] (GTX634322) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
c-Jun (phospho Ser63) antibody [GT653] detects c-Jun (phospho Ser63) protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: c-Jun (phospho Ser63) protein stained by c-Jun (phospho Ser63) antibody [GT653] (GTX634322) diluted at 1:500.
Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
c-Jun (phospho Ser63) antibody [GT653] detects c-Jun (phospho Ser63) protein at cytoplasm and nucleus in rat lung by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat lung.
