肝S9是肝组织匀浆经过9000g离心后的上清部分,简称为S9。S9是完整肝细胞去除细胞核、线粒体及大的碎片之后的部分,原则上保留了定位于内质网上的微粒体蛋白,溶解在细胞浆液中的蛋白,以及各种细胞内容物质,如NADPH、UDPGA、PAPS等启动药物代谢反应的辅助因子。S9可以扩展微粒体研究的范围,但是引起所含有的辅助因子(也称辅酶)量少,实验时还是需要添加这些因子,以便实验顺利开展。
