Use this premixed, double-concentrated formulation containing PwoSuperYield DNA Polymerase, a new optimized buffer system, and PCR grade nucleotides, if your application requires better fidelity than provided by (FastStart) Taq DNA Polymerase. The product can be applied for:

Pwo Master is a ready-to-use, 2x concentrated master mix. Pwo SuperYield DNA Polymerase has polymerase and 3′ → 5′ exonuclease proofreading activity, including an optimized buffer. The buffer enhances enzyme performance, synthesizing higher DNA yields of high fidelity.

compared to Taq DNA Polymerase.

Fewer steps are required with the ready-to-use master mix. Simply add template DNA, primers, and PCR-grade water then start the reaction.
