General description
dATP，PCR 级，是 100mM 透明无色钠盐溶液（pH8.3）。来自罗氏的 PCR 级核苷酸经过特殊制造和纯化，达到尽可能高的化学纯度。PCR 级核苷酸含有至少 99％ 的相关脱氧核苷-三磷酸（dNTP）和小于 0.9％ 的脱氧核苷-二磷酸（dNDP）。
Application
