CSNK1G2 is a cytoplasmic protein which contains one protein kinase domain. It is amember of the CK1 Ser/Thr protein kinase family of the large casein kinase I (CKI) subfamily. CSNK1G2 participates in Wnt signaling, involves in brain development and vesicular trafficking and neurotransmitter releasing from small synaptic vesicles. It regulates fast synaptic transmission mediated by glutamate. SMAD3 phosphorylation promotes its ligand-dependent ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome degradation, thus inhibiting SMAD3-mediated TGF-beta responses.

关于IL-10：
Interleukin 10(IL10), also known as cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor (CSIF),is a secreted protein and belongs to the IL-10 family. IL-10 is secreted by many activated hematopoietic cell types as well as hepatic stellate cells, keratinocytes, and placental cytotrophoblasts . IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory TH2 cytokine that has a critical role in limiting the immune response to pathogens to prevent host damage. As IL-10 in produced in several T helper populations, it is proposed that it provides a feedback loop to limit the effector functions of macrophages and DCs on T cells. Once expressed, IL-10 signals through the IL-10 receptor (IL-10R) to activate STAT3. As IL-10 is a strong inhibitor of inflammation, it has become a viable biomarker for various diseases and conditions as well as a therapeutic molecule for certain conditions. In addition to elevated levels in parasitic infection, high expression levels of IL-10 are also found in retroviral infections inducing immunodeficiency. The immunosuppressive properties of IL-10 suggest a possible clinical use of IL-10 in suppressing rejections of grafts after organ transplantations

Tripartite motif-containing Motif 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRIM5 gene.It is a 493 amino acids protein that belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family.It contains 1 B box-type zinc finger, 1 B30.2/SPRY domain and 1 RING-type zinc finger. TRIM5 present in the cytoplasm recognizes motifs within the capsid proteins and interferes with the uncoating process, therefore preventing successful reverse transcription and transport to the nucleus of the viral genome. The exact mechanism of action has not been shown conclusively, but capsid protein from restricted viruses is removed by proteasome-dependent degradation
