  本品是一种PCR产物高效TA克隆的专用T载 体，它由pTZ19R载体改造而成。Easy Digestion T-vector在插入位点 两端特别设计了两个BamH I位点，使插入片段可以用BamH I单酶切检测及亚克隆，另外还可以使用非常廉价和高效的EcoR I与Hind III双 酶切检测及亚克隆。
  传统T载体在进行连接时的操作程序是：载体、片段、T4 DNA Ligase Buffer、T4 DNA Ligase。本制品是在传统模式上将除了插入片段的各成分进行预混，并使其在稳定性、转化子数目、阳性率方面不低于传统模式，使用时只需加入插入片段即可，大大简化了操作过程，降低了配制连接体系过程中的误差和污染率，节省了时间。

· 随酶提供独特配方的2×快速及10×普通T4 DNA Ligation Buffer。
· 使用2×快速Buffer在室温(25℃)下，仅需15分钟即可完成连接反应。
2、自带超快PCR鉴定2×Fast Taq MasterMix及DNA Marker：
2×Fast Taq MasterMix (Quick Load型)已含有PCR反应所需的快速型PCR聚合 酶、dNTP混合物、MgCl2、上样染料以及反应缓冲液预先，使用时只需再加入模板和引物并稀释到1倍浓度即可进行PCR反应。其扩增速度为普通Taq酶的数倍，因此可大幅度缩短PCR鉴定过程所需要的时间，试剂盒自带预混1×Loading Buffer的DNA Ladder 2000 Plus，能满足绝大部分PCR产物电泳的需要。

· Control Insert克隆后的白色菌落中，有90%以上 含有Insert DNA片段。

关于B7-2/CD86：
T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD86 (B7-2) is a glycosylated protein in the B7 family. B7 family members are transmembrane cell surface molecules that play important roles in immune activation and the maintenance of immune tolerance. It is highly expressed on activated antigen presenting cells. CD86 involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. It may play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T-cells within 24 hours after activation. It is expressed by activated B-lymphocytes and monocytes and promoted by MARCH8 and results in endo*(代"c")ytosis and lysosomal degradation.

关于QPRTase：
Nicotinate-Nucleotide Pyrophosphorylase (QPRT) belongs to the nadC/modD family. QPRT plays an improtant role in catabolism of quinolinate which acts as a potent endogenous exitotoxin to neurons. In addition, QPRT serves as an an intermediate in the Tryptophan-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide pathway. QPRT participates in some pathways including Cofactor biosynthesis, NAD(+) biosynthesis and the Nicotinate D-Ribonucleotide from Quinolinate. In addition, QPRT is involved in the catabolism of Quinolinic Acid (QA). The activity toward QA is slightly repressed by phosphoribosylpyrophosphate (PRPP) in both a competitive and a non-competitive manner.
