· 操作简单快捷：无需超高速离心机，一步沉淀
· 兼容低量样本：起始样本血清量可低至500 μl
· 产量稳定可靠：较低的离心力沉淀，获得的外泌体结构更完整，较传统提取方法具有更高产量
分别使用R公司、L公司、S公司以及VEX Exosome Isolation Reagent (from serum) (Vazyme #R602) 进行血清中外泌体的提取，后进行NTA分析和Western Blot分析，并用所得外泌体进行RNA提取及miRNA-qPCR检测。
结果可见：VEX Exosome Isolation Reagent (from serum) (Vazyme #R602) 提取得到的颗粒直径峰，其主峰落在30-150 nm之间（图A），并且在获得的数量和纯度上表现优异（图B）。与同类产品L处理后的样本有十分接近且趋势一致的CT值（图C）。Western Blot显示均能检测到外泌体标志性蛋白CD63（图D）。
本产品是专门用于分离血清样本中外泌体的试剂，只需通过简单的较低速度离心即可从样本中分离出大量外泌体。与传统的超高速离心相比，样本中的外泌体所受到压力较小，可以保持较完整的形态；同时提取过程所需要的时间更短、所需样本起始量更低、提取效率更高。使用本产品获得的外泌体可应用于RNA分析、高通量测序、细胞共培养等多种下游应用。
