血浆外泌体提取；产物可用于蛋白研究；RNA分析；高通量测序
· 操作简单快捷：无需超高速离心机，一步沉淀
· 兼容低量样本：起始样本血浆量可低至500 μl
· 产量稳定可靠：较低的离心力沉淀，获得的外泌体结构更完整，较传统提取方法具有更高产量
分别使用R公司、L公司、S公司以及Vazyme公司血浆外泌体提取试剂VEX Exosome Isolation Reagent (from plasma) (Vazyme #R603) 进行血浆中外泌体的提取，后进行NTA分析和Western Blot分析，并用所得外泌体进行RNA提取及miRNA-qPCR检测。
结果可见：VEX Exosome Isolation Reagent (from plasma) (Vazyme #R603) 提取得到的颗粒直径峰，其主峰落在30-150 nm之间，峰形更窄（图A）。并且在获得的数量和纯度上较其它试剂更好（图B）。同类产品L的CT值比较接近，且有一组Vazyme比L小0.8（图C）。Western Blot 显示均能检测到外泌体标志性蛋白CD63（图D）。
本产品是专门用于分离血浆样本中外泌体的试剂，只需通过简单的较低速度离心即可从样本中分离出大量外泌体。与传统的超高速离心相比，样本中的外泌体所受到压力较小，可以保持较完整的形态；同时提取过程所需的时间更短、所需样本起始量更低、提取效率更高。使用本产品获得的外泌体可应用于RNA分析、高通量测序、细胞共培养等多种下游应用。
