PCNA小鼠单抗产品及特点
增殖细胞核抗原（Proliferating CellNuclear Antigen；PCNA）由Miyachi等于1978年在 SLE（系统性红斑狼疮）患者的血清中首次发现并命名，因其只存在于正常增殖细胞及肿瘤细胞内而得名。PCNA是一种分子量为36KD的蛋白质，在细胞核内合成，并存在于细胞核内，为DNA聚合酶的辅助蛋白。由于其在细胞核内稳定表达，因此其抗体被广泛应用于细胞核蛋白的内参抗体。本产品具有下列特点：
