本试剂盒能够通过线性模板或质粒模板实现小规模蛋白表达，试剂盒中包含麦胚无细胞蛋白表达系统专用质粒pEU-E01-MCS，线性模板构建所需引物，全部翻译试剂，以及8次226μl反应体系所需的转录预混反应液和八连管。另外，提供pEU-01-DHFR质粒作为阳性对照，利用该阳性对照质粒单次表达量最高可达20μg。本试剂盒采用非偶联的转录和翻译方法，构建线性/质粒模板，并在体外进行转录后，以获得的mRNA为模板，利用双层反应法表达目的蛋白。
