关于FTL：
Ferritin is a large, iron-storage heteropolymeric protein,which is expressed in most kinds of cells and co-assemble in different proportion in a tissue-specific manner. Ferritin has oligomer of 24 subunits and two types of subunits including light chain(FTL) and heavy chain. Ferritin can remove Fe (Ⅱ) from solution in the presence of oxygen and is very important for iron homeostasis. Iron is absorbed in the ferrous form and deposited as ferric hydroxides after oxidation. Iron is first oxidized to the ferric state for storage as ferric oxyhdroxide whithin the protein shell of ferritin. Thus, ferritin removes excess iron from the cell sap where it could otherwise participate in peroxidation mechanisms. Ferritin also plays a role in delivery of iron to cells and mediates iron uptake in capsule cells of the developing kidney.

Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 10C (TNFRSF10C) is a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol-linked membrane protein which binds TRAIL with high affinity. TNFRSF10C has the TRAIL-binding extracellular cysteine-rich domains, lacks the intracellular signaling domain. As a result, binding of TRAIL to TRAIL R3 doesn’t transduce an apoptosis signal. The expression of TRAIL R3 gene has been shown to protect cells bearing TRAIL R1 and/or TRAIL R2 from TRAIL-induced apoptosis.

关于PGM2：
Phosphoglucomutase-2 (PGM2) is a member of PGM family, which catalyzes the inter-conversion of sugar phosphates and participates in anabolic and catabolic reactions. When cells are grown in glucose, PGM catalyzes the conversion of glucose-6-phosphate to glucose-1-phosphate an important precursor required for the synthesis of UDP glucose and trehalose. PGM2 catalyzes the conversion of the nucleoside breakdown products ribose-1-phosphate and deoxyribose-1-phosphate to the corresponding 5-phosphopentoses, and it may also catalyze the interconversion of glucose-1-phosphate and glucose-6-phosphate. But this protein has low glucose 1,6-bisphosphate synthase activity.
