本Protein A+G Sepharose主要用于免疫沉淀(Immunoprecipitation, IP)、免疫共沉淀(Co-IP)或者抗体的纯化。
Protein A+G Sepharose适合于免疫沉淀所有Protein A Sepharose和Protein G Sepharose 单独可以免疫沉淀的抗体，包括：mouse IgG1，IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA,；rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c； rabbit、goat、pig 、cow,、sheep、horse以及human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3和IgG4等。
本产品为50%的悬液，1 ml Protein A+G Sepharose可结合约25 mg human IgG。
