利福霉素SV的衍生物之一,由于对革兰氏阴性菌特别显有强的抗菌作用,所以广泛被用作转录的特异抑制剂。
佚名 病例1,男,28岁,因咳嗽、痰中带血、乏力、低烧1月,于1996年2月4日来本院就诊。胸片示:右肺上斑片状密度不均阴影,内有透明区约1cm。痰涂片查见抗酸杆菌,ESR50mm/h,确诊为Ⅲ型肺结核,进展Ⅰ期,给于2HSE/10HE(H.雷米封,S.链霉素,E.乙胺丁醇,R.利福平)方案治疗。用药后1个月病人出现耳鸣前来复诊,考虑链霉素对前庭神经的毒性反应。故停用链霉
