Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII–4.0; PvuI–4.0; XbaI–4.0. (ATCC staff) Expression vector for production of Gal4 fusion proteins, allowing protein purification by affinity chromatography through a nickel nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) column. For expression of cloned inserts, the medium should contain 10 uM zinc chloride and expression can be induced using IPTG.
