xieguozhu 在下欲构建两个含GFP的慢病毒过表达载体,但是有一个关键问题就是我构建的这两个目的基因是要导入同一个细胞的,我要表达的目的基因是miR-141, miR-200c. 要感染的细胞是MDA-MB-231, 这两种表达载体都是GFP标记的,我不知道在最后怎样判断两个基因都导入细胞了,后来我在想可不可以在同一个病毒上同时插入两个目的基因,比如miR-200c/miR-141(因为这两个基因在同一条染色体上,且靠的很近,中间隔了不到400个碱基
